Honest Feedback Thank you!
I asked for honest feedback and you responded.
This site originally was used as a resource that I would refer financial advisors and clients to for additional information. The version shown above had been "scaled back" considerably, but still needed a further update.
First I did some basic marketing research, then made some changes on the design of a test site.
The next step was to ask people who were in my target market for feedback:
- Within 10 years of retirement
- Currently retired
- And/or entrepreneurs, business owners of any age
"In business, including the financial services world, trust is a big thing. Many people do not trust financial advisors because - well you know why.
People are sceptical and rightly so. Would you please put on your sceptical consumer hat and review this web page for me .
What questions are there that a consumer might have that I failed to address - or did not do so clearly enough?
Thank you really appreciate this"
Not only did you provide insightful "sceptical consumer" suggestions, but timely design feedback as well. I was overwhelmed.
I listened and have made numerous changes, of course the site will continue to evolve.
Honest feedback enables improvement. If you have a suggestion, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thank you again.
